The restaurant was clean and well lit. Our server was attentive and met all of our needs. To start we had the Banana Rum French Toast. The French Toast sauce was delicious. I wish the was soaked and cooked a bit longer as it tasted more like regular uncooked bread than French Toast. For our main meals we had the Tee - Off Chile Verde Omelet and the Pulled Pork Benedict. The omelet was seasoned and cooked perfectly with a large amount of filling. The sauce was full of flavor. The pulled pork in the benedict could have used more seasoning but overall was delicious. I look forward to my next visit and maybe even enjoy the patio seating.

Fantastic service, ambience and "lamb shank",yum yum. We love vacationing at Peppermill and dining at The Stone House.

We recently joined friends here for a Sunday work-ish brunch. The weather was cooler than the past few weeks so we opted for outside dining. Our hostess tried to make a reservation the week before hand but learned while they're closed Mon/Tues, she wasn't even able to leave a message to request a table. Weird. We arrived a few minutes behind our hosts but they were told they wouldn't be seated until we were in line, even tho we were just across the street seeking nearly impossible parking on. Sun a.m. Why offer reservations if you won't seat the party waiting for guests to park?!?! Our server was OK, it was a busy 1st seating for brunch. Not overly present but in no way rude or absent, and we did get drink refills...but he poured tea into my shoe!!! We waited over 40 minutes for our food. That seems excessive for what should be a highly staffed morning. We were a party of 4 with no substitutions, deletions or special requests for our order. The food was good, seems like it's always been good here...but that wait time was surprising to all of us. I guess they can take their time, no hurry when you have a line of people waiting!

Extremely busy on the weekends. That's a very good thing but also a bad thing. It did take a long time to get a seat at a table. I love that you can eat outside or inside. The food here is amazing and is definitely worth the wait. And even though I was ignored for the first 20 minutes, I looked past that, you know the food is going to make up for it. One of my favorite dishes here is the beef stroganoff.

Beautiful patio! Hostess was very sweet and made sure we knew what seats were out of the sun;) Server was efficient but lacked personality and never made eye contact. Our only negative:/ Food was delicious! So glad it lived up to the hype! Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice was such a nice treat, you rarely see that at a restaurant.

Father's Day brunch this afternoon at Stone House. Very busy day for them on this beautiful Sunday afternoon and everyone celebrating the amazing fathers out there. Service was phenomenal considering the crazy busy they had. Food was quick to come out and of course their drinks were great. Do do do make sure you reserve for Mother's Day, Father's Day in advance because it's insanely busy.

Went to the Stone house for lunch with my friends the other day. I called to make a reservation a week before and talked with a woman who seemed rushed and, I thought a little rude. I told her I wanted a reservation for 5 people at 11:30. She then asked "how about 11:15?" I said no problem and then she quickly said "ok, 11:15 seated outside next week. I then said wait what if it's hot outside, can we be seated inside? She said I don't know if it's going to be hot, I don't know what the weather is going to be. That's not what I asked. After all that when I got there it was nice weather and it was really nice outside. The waitress was great, very informative and pleasant. Our food came out at a reasonable time. My friends and I all ordered salads and they were delicious. I would have given them 5 stars if the woman who I talked with to make a reservation wasn't rude.

My recent visit to The Stone House Café left me thoroughly impressed. The food was not only delicious but also arrived at our table promptly. The Eggs Benedict, in particular, was a standout - bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was truly captivating, creating a dining experience that felt like a serene garden getaway. The only hiccup, the chaos at the host area did create some confusion. Despite this minor setback, I believe The Stone House Café's delightful ambiance and delicious offerings make up for any momentary inconvenience. It's definitely a spot I would recommend for a pleasant dining experience. The food and atmosphere were truly wonderful!
